Welcome to CountOnFit. By using our mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CountOnFit, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.

2. Description of the Service

CountOnFit is a nutrition tracking application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze meal descriptions and estimate nutritional values (calories, protein, carbohydrates, fats). For certain uncommon foods or dishes, the Application may rely on online searches performed by third-party services in order to improve estimates. The Application also provides hydration tracking, calories burned tracking, physical activity tracking, and personalized goals.

3. User Account

To use certain features, you must create an account. You may create an account or sign in using email/password, or through compatible third-party services such as Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

CountOnFit offers Premium subscriptions with different plans, including monthly and annual options.

Access to the Application is exclusively reserved for users who have subscribed to a Premium subscription. CountOnFit may offer, via the App Store, a 3-day free trial associated with this subscription.

At the end of this trial period, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before its expiration, the subscription is automatically renewed for the selected period and the corresponding amount is charged by Apple.

Payments, renewals, free trial periods, cancellations, and any refunds are managed by Apple through the App Store, in accordance with Apple’s terms and policies. The user may manage or cancel their subscription at any time through their Apple account settings.

The nutritional values provided by CountOnFit are estimates generated using artificial intelligence and, where applicable, third-party sources. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or personalized nutritional recommendations.

7. Third-Party Services

Certain features of the Application depend on third-party services, particularly for authentication, data storage, payments, artificial intelligence analysis, or certain system integrations. We do not guarantee the continued availability of these third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content of the Application is the exclusive property of CountOnFit and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Application will be free from errors, bugs, interruptions, or delays, nor that the results provided will be exhaustive, accurate, or suitable for all uses.

10. Account Deletion

The user may request the deletion of their account and associated data, where this feature is available, directly from the Application or by contacting us. The terms applicable to the processing of personal data are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

11. Modification of the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with the updated revision date.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in the event of a breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law applicable in your jurisdiction.
